Dream

Modern minimalism and baroque music are the undisputed protagonists of this programme. Inspired by the circadian phases of sleep, dreaming and waking, the mixture is reinforced by spatial and theatrical experiments. The musicians play by heart, which also allows them to move freely in the space.

The performance «Dream» by the ensemble Acciaccatura was developed with the help of the Spanish choreographer Marina Ares. The pieces are arranged in such a way that the audience goes through the different phases of sleep, bringing them to a conscious level. Diverse settings on stage, suggestive interactions between the actors, lighting design and a preference for postmodern theatre dance are the delightful ingredients of this project.

Ensemble Acciaccatura is a trio that has formed in the field of early music, but is always on the lookout for interdisciplinary approaches.
