Lukas Huber, Kinga Tóth and Johanna-Yasirra Kluhs explore in the performance «, auf dass sie eines Tages zu uns sprechen mögen.» (so that one day they may speak to us) the point of view that a reificationist attitude towards the world (latent in our culture) has the consequence that the world also keeps us silent. Through the performance, Lukas Huber makes various attempts to escape this vicious circle without applying totalitarian strategies. A very reduced setting is used: no opulent costumes are used and no breakneck arias are belted out, but the musicality of speech is taken as a starting point.
