Family Concerts

There are special family concerts for our younger guests.

Gare des enfants is the children's and youth programme at Gare du Nord. Since 2004, original in-house productions have been created here that involve children not only as an audience but also as active participants. The programme is complemented by special formats for families, nurseries and primary schools.

This season, gare des enfants invites you on a musical journey to mysterious, unexplored and colourful places. The path leads through pipes, funnels and machines, continuing on resonant stones and comets to the moon and back. A stopover in Umbidu opens up encounters with happiness before Bach's notes take us on a dance step across the African continent. The sound world of children practising the piano also unfolds its own poetry before we return to familiar ground in the garden of Vivaldi's ‘Four Seasons’ together with an entire orchestra.
