Workshop: Tours Abroad

The tour is booked, and advance ticket sales are underway. But are you struggling to get the tour preparations right? In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of touring abroad, with a focus on the EU and the UK.

The workshop aims to provide cultural practitioners with practical knowledge for planning and carrying out tours abroad. Topics covered include travel, transport and logistics, as well as fee settlements, withholding tax, visas, insurance, contingency planning, customs and VAT.

Afterwards, we’ll be serving light refreshments.
