Guided Tour of the Exhibition «Sounds Nice»

During Art Basel, from 19 to 21 June 2026, «Sounds Nice» transforms the concert hall of Gare du Nord into an immersive landscape of sound, image, sculpture, as well as performative and self-playing setups. Ten selected works explore the interplay between space, sound and body, inviting visitors to listen, linger and, in some cases, interact with the installations themselves.

The guided tour of the exhibition offers insights into the diverse artistic approaches of the featured sound art works. The installations range from dense micro-sonic environments and vibrating sound sculptures to interactive setups that respond to movement, touch or electromagnetic signals.

The tour is accompanied by artistic director Andreas Eduardo Frank, who provides further context on the exhibition, the participating artists and the conceptual backgrounds of the works on display.
