Lecture Series «Ein Haus...»: Anatomies d’Architecture, Marseille + Paris

This time, the «Ein Haus....» lectures will focus on different strategies for planning buildings. The focus is on conversions, the use of materials and cultural and social resources. A look abroad will enrich the discussions on site.

At the end of 2018, members of Anatomies d'Architecture conducted a two-month Tour de France of eco-buildings, a comprehensive field study of ecological buildings in France. The buildings were analysed and documented in order to make them known to the widest possible public. Their experiences were incorporated into the Le Costil project, a dilapidated house that they renovated without concrete and pastiche using only ecological materials from a radius of 100 kilometres. The three young architects and an anthropologist founded a co-operative with the future residents of the house.
