Vortragsreihe «Ein Haus...»: «Bauen für die Nahrung»

On the occasion of the annual theme of the Institute of Architecture FHNW «Feed the City», the «Ein Haus...» lectures also deal with architectural strategies for a sustainable food system. The two projects presented show in different ways what buildings for food production in the city can look like and what logistical challenges have to be overcome.
