Lecture Series «Ein Haus...»

«Ein Haus…» is a lecture series organised by the Institute of Architecture at FHNW, in which individual buildings are presented and examined in depth. In doing so, the different approaches and perspectives of the architects become visible. The focus varies from lecture to lecture, ranging from urban planning principles and construction challenges to historical references and social ambitions.
In the winter semester of 2026, the lecture series «Ein Haus…» brings together four distinct architectural positions: an international collective based in Zurich and Belgrade, a Munich-based architecture practice founded by three women, a London duo now working from Porto and Palma de Mallorca, and a Zurich-based architecture practice that collaborated with a local office on a project in Algeria.
