Familiar melodies meet unfamiliar sounds: «Ballads and Dances» takes folk music as its starting point for new musical perspectives. Featuring works by Bartók, Kodály, Ligeti, Roland Moser and Helena Winkelman, as well as a world premiere by Isabel Klaus.
